This custom wedding identity was created for a client seeking a meaningful visual representation of her relationship and shared story with her future husband. The goal was to develop a mark that celebrated both individuals while serving as a cohesive visual element throughout the wedding experience.
The final design combined two symbolic elements: a cowboy boot representing the groom's Texas roots and a Hawaiian lei representing the bride's connection to Hawaii. Through illustration, composition, and typography, these distinct cultural references were unified into a single mark that felt personal, memorable, and celebratory.
The identity was designed as a flexible system that could be applied across a variety of wedding touchpoints, including signage, stickers, cocktail napkins, and large-scale environmental applications. By creating a consistent visual language throughout the event, the design helped reinforce the couple's story while contributing to a cohesive guest experience.
